The Antioxidiser- Blueberry and Green tea Smoothie
I absolutely love using herbs for their medicinal qualities in all food and drinks. Making tea and allowing it to cool before adding it to a smoothie is such a great and different way to drink tea. Green tea is high in antioxidants and so are blueberries making this drink not only good for your health but delicious.

  1. Prepare green tea by steeping the tea in boiling water for 5 mins. Allow to cool. Add all other ingredients to the blender. Add tea and blend. Delicious!
