  1. Boil the water. Add Cardoman, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, fresh Ginger, Fennel seeds, Black pepper corns, Vanilla and Black tea to the water. Steep for min 10 mins. To get the full flavour steep for 30mins. Place Banana, Milk, and Chia seeds in the blender. Add Honey to the tea. For a cool chai, let tea cool before adding to other ingredients. Pour the tea into the blender. Blend. Enjoy
